In Fashhaus we want to keep doing business with you!

And if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to accept returns provided that items have not been worn or washed and all tags are still attached. NOTE: We do not accept returns on sale items. 

If you change your mind, your items don't fit or don't suit you may contact us for a return of your items within 7 days of receiving them. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Fashhaus reserves the right to deny a return if returned items are worn, damaged or soiled (including traces of perfume&deodorant).  

If you would like to return your item/s please contact us at service@fashhaus.com to request a return. 

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item please contact service@fashhaus.com and we will be happy to organize a refund or exchange at no cost to you.
